One Way Travel Document
• Please fill up the Passport application form. (Download the form here, fill and print)
• Copy of the latest passport (which was lost, expired or damaged)
• Copy of Nepali Citizenship Certificate
• Attach 2 pp size photographs (colour, size 35mm x 45mm)
• Fees: ($50.00) in the form of Money Order or Cashier’s Cheque payable in the name of “Consulate General of Nepal, New York”
- If you are applying by post, please enclose a self-addressed return envelope.
The validity of Travel Document will remain 90 days. Thus, you will need to travel within 90 days of issuance of Travel Document.
(Payment via Visa Debit/Credit, Master Card Debit/Credit, Personal Cheques are NOT acceptable).
